BMBF - German Centers for Health Research
The Faculty of Medicine forms one location of each of the eight German Centres for Health Research. At the newly founded centres, translational processes are to be optimised through new research structures. Research focuses on cancer, diabetes, metabolic, cardiovascular, infectious, lung, neurodegenerative and mental diseases as well as childhood and adolescent diseases.
